When we started working with Connect, the goal was not simply to build a new eCommerce store. We wanted to create a high-quality platform for the further development of Elite Sport, strengthen sales on the Croatian market, and prepare the business for expansion across the European Union. At the same time, we want to expand our product range and apply our experience from football to other sports as well. In Connect, we found a partner that understands this direction and can support us through different stages of development.

We needed a regional website that would not serve only as a place to present our programs, but as a real tool for marketing and selling camps, communicating with sponsors, and tracking participants and players. A performance-focused cooperation model was especially important to us — so that activities would not stop once the platform was built, but would continue with ongoing work to bring our programs to as many parents and young football players as possible. Through exactly this approach, Connect became a partner in the development of the entire project.

For the Austrian market, we needed a platform that would properly communicate the premium character of Casada massage chairs while also functioning as a serious sales tool. With products of this value, simply displaying specifications is not enough — it is important to build trust, present the user experience properly, and position the entire brand at the level customers expect. Connect helped us achieve exactly that, while also helping us open the Austrian market through marketing focused on concrete reach and sales results.

We started working with Connect with the goal of presenting the complete product range of our three brands in one place, but the project quickly grew beyond a traditional online store. In addition to the retail website, a dedicated B2B platform was developed for international partners and global distribution, while Connect also took over complete product cataloging and the creation of a digital catalog. Today, together we are building a system that serves not only to present and sell our products, but also to develop a new distribution network.

Most restaurants today rely on third-party delivery apps, but it was important to us to build our own channel and maintain a direct relationship with our guests. Connect developed a system tailored to real restaurant operations — from opening hours and local delivery to the specific presentation of dishes, sides, and sauces, as well as event sales. This gave us much more than a traditional website: our own digital platform through which we can develop sales and build long-term relationships with our guests.

The idea behind Maštaraj was to bring the entire world of event organization together in one place and make it easier for users to find everything they need for their event. From photographers and videographers to florists, decorators, musicians, event venues, and other services — the goal was to connect a large number of different service providers through one clear and easy-to-use platform. Connect helped us turn that idea into a functional marketplace that can grow together with the offer and the entire community.

Over time, our cooperation with Connect developed beyond the traditional client-contractor relationship. Today, we produce a large share of the printed materials and creative ideas created by Connect's design team, while our shared location has brought our teams even closer in their everyday work. At the same time, we wanted to take a stronger step into the digital market and make a large number of our own creative products available to a wider audience. Connect helped us connect these two worlds — physical production and digital sales.

Skatinger is an excellent example of how Connect Marketplace can be used to expand a manufacturer across multiple markets. As a Chinese manufacturer of SUP boards and water sports equipment, we needed a system that would allow us to build an organized presence in Europe, develop local representation, and manage distributors effectively. Through Connect, we built a local presence across a number of European markets, supported by an integrated B2C and B2B system that allows us to manage retail and distribution as one connected operation.

As a Chinese manufacturer of grinding machines, it was important for us to find a structured way to approach the European market and develop sales across multiple countries without creating separate systems for each market. Connect enabled us to connect local sales, partners, and distribution through one platform and lay the foundations for further expansion of the BuckTool brand in Europe. We especially value the fact that B2C sales and distributor relationships can be developed within the same system.

When selling fresh fruit and vegetables, a traditional online store is not enough because the entire system has to follow the specifics of local distribution and everyday operations. We needed a solution that could bring our offer into the digital channel professionally while remaining flexible enough to adapt to the way Exotic King actually operates. Connect helped us develop exactly such a system and create our own channel through which we can reach customers more directly and continue developing local sales.

As a manufacturer of dog and cat food, we needed a solution capable of supporting two very different business models. For the US market, the focus is on a B2B system and the development of a distribution network, while in Europe we also want to build direct B2C sales to end customers alongside local partners and distributors in individual markets. Connect enabled us to connect all these channels through one platform and establish a system that can grow together with our international sales.

For Spiral Lighting, we needed a system that could support different sales models across different markets. In the US market, the focus is on B2B operations, distributors, and business partners, while in Europe we are developing B2C sales with local partners and gradual expansion through individual markets. Connect enabled us to connect all these channels within one infrastructure and build a system that can expand together with our international sales.

In the US market, having a high-quality product is not enough — you need to build a strong digital presence, increase visibility, and continuously work on sales. That is exactly why we decided to move to Connect and focus our entire eCommerce approach on more effective marketing and stronger reach among end customers. Our goal was to have a platform that would not simply be a place to purchase products, but an active sales channel capable of growing together with the brand in the US market.

From the beginning, our cooperation with Connect meant much more to us than simply building a sales platform. As a globally active technology company, we needed a partner that could help us structure our entry into the European market, connect distribution, and establish the foundations for long-term development in Europe. Connect also supported us through the process of registering our business presence in Europe, and today we are developing the cooperation further toward the possibility of opening an assembly facility in Croatia. In this way, our relationship grew beyond a traditional eCommerce project and became part of Curro Technologies' broader development strategy in Europe.

Our website was primarily developed as a B2B sales channel, tailored to business customers and the way Tracto works with its partners every day. Connect helped us structure this part of the business and turn it into a high-quality digital system for sales and communication. At the same time, we are gradually developing B2C distribution together, allowing part of the product range to become available to end customers without disrupting the existing B2B model.
